Exchange Policy
At Destinfwb Furniture, we understand how important it is for your succulents to arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we offer a clear and fair exchange policy.
1. Eligible for Exchange
We accept exchange requests under the following circumstances:

Plant arrived damaged during transit

Incorrect product received (wrong variety, quantity, or size)

The plant is in poor health upon arrival (not due to customer handling)
2. Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges in these cases:

Personal preference or color variation

Damage due to delayed unboxing or improper care

Requests submitted more than 15 days after delivery

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
3. Exchange Procedure

Contact Support
Email luckysou@valleyshome.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, issue details, and clear photos. -
Review and Confirmation
Our team will respond within 1 business day to confirm whether the item qualifies for exchange. -
Return Original Item (if required)
If return is needed, we’ll provide the return address. Please use a trackable shipping method. -
Replacement Shipment
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement within 2 business days and send tracking details.
4. Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover all shipping costs.

If the exchange is due to customer preference (only accepted under special approval), the customer pays return and reshipping fees.
5. Note on Plant Variation
Please note: As succulents are living organisms, minor variations in color, size, and shape compared to the website photos are natural and not grounds for exchange.
6. Packaging Reminder
Please keep the original packaging and ship the return securely. If the plant is further damaged during return due to poor packaging, we may reject the exchange.
