   If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will confirm cancellation within 1 business day and process your refund.

3. Non-Cancellable Scenarios

   • No contact was made within 24 hours of placing the order

   • The item is marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Cancellable”

3. Refund Details

• If the cancellation request is accepted, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.
