Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The plant was not damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Refunds are granted in full if the issue was due to our fault (damaged item, wrong item sent, shipping errors).
How to Request a Refund

Return the Item
If return is required, please ship the item within 3 days of approval using a trackable shipping method. -
Refund Processing
