We accept exchange requests under the following circumstances:
Seeds arrived damaged during transit
Incorrect product received (wrong variety, quantity, or size)
The seeds is in poor health upon arrival (not due to customer handling)
We do not accept exchanges in these cases:
Personal preference or color variation
Damage due to delayed unboxing or improper care
Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
